Welcome To Wellsley Park at Deane Hill

I've lived at Wellsley Park for about a month now and couldn't be happier! The apartment is SO spacious with both a linen closet and a pantry, and the best part, a HUGE walk-in closet. I love the kitchen island/bar, and the granite countertops are an added bonus. The complex is very much a dog-friendly community and we've met several neighbors and their pooches. Would highly recommend Wellsley Park!!!!!

I've lived at Wellsley Park for two months now and couldn't be happier. It literally has everything you need and everything is so convenient. The office staff and maintenance team are very helpful and they're available anytime you need something. The apartments themselves are very spacious, have high ceilings and new appliances. It's also great to live in an area with so much to offer! (Mall, movie theater, restaurants, bars only 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville)

The open floor plan makes our apartment feel extremely spacious. We often forget that we are in an apartment because it feels like a home! The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Also, we enjoy the upscale amenities within the apartment as well as the gym, dog park, and pool!

We recently moved from Nashville to Knoxville and have loved these apartments so far. The complex is gorgeous, sidewalks all over, great location, and a dog park with lots of features. We have really enjoyed living here!

I moved in July 2017 and have had a great experience living here. The amenities are top of the line and appliances are very up to date. The staff really makes you feel like home. The apartments are huge and you really pay for what you get. Central location from downtown Knoxville and all the great spots in West Knoxville. I 100% recommend to anyone!
