I've lived at Wellsley Park for about a month now and couldn't be happier! The apartment is SO spacious with both a linen closet and a pantry, and the best part, a HUGE walk-in closet. I love the kitchen island/bar, and the granite countertops are an added bonus. The complex is very much a dog-friendly community and we've met several neighbors and their pooches. Would highly recommend Wellsley Park!!!!!

I've lived at Wellsley Park for two months now and couldn't be happier. It literally has everything you need and everything is so convenient. The office staff and maintenance team are very helpful and they're available anytime you need something. The apartments themselves are very spacious, have high ceilings and new appliances. It's also great to live in an area with so much to offer! (Mall, movie theater, restaurants, bars only 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville)

The open floor plan makes our apartment feel extremely spacious. We often forget that we are in an apartment because it feels like a home! The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Also, we enjoy the upscale amenities within the apartment as well as the gym, dog park, and pool!
